Anderson Realty Group offers the following services:

Video Order - $150 per address
Vacant: The driver will do an exterior walk around of the property, if the structure is unsecured and accessible the driver will do an interior walk through. Exterior will show, to the best of their ability and access, the roof, foundation, mechanical ingress into the structure, as well as notation on any door/windows. Interior will show floors, doors, windows, ceiling, floor, etc. for each room which is accessible.
Occupied: The driver can do a video of the neighborhood, going up and down the street showing the properties around and across from the address requested.

Picture Order
$75 per address (Birmingham, Mobile, Etowah, Calhoun, Montgomery)
$95 per address (all other AL counties)
Driver does a drive by and captures, if viewable, front, and both sides. They do not get out and walk around the property for pictures. Additional items to zoom in are accepted, such as focus on the roof, mechanics, foundation, etc.

Turn around time from order to receipt of ordered items is usually 24 hours.
